Why am I unable to see complete customer information in the orders?
You need to go to TikTok Shop Seller Center->Orders->Shipping Options->Select 'Seller shipping'. Once done, the new orders synced to Shopify will display complete customer information.
After setting 3PL, you'll continue to ship older orders on TikTok Shop Seller Center as before. However, you can now handle new orders by shipping them directly on Shopify.
After that, you need to add Shipping template to make sure orders can be synced to Shopify successfully.
Why aren't my orders from TikTok Shop syncing to Shopify?
The reason your fulfilled orders from TikTok Shop aren't syncing to Shopify is because only unfulfilled orders are designed to sync. The system is set up this way so that you can fulfill those orders directly through Shopify. Fulfilled orders from TikTok Shop are considered completed, so there's no need to sync them to Shopify for further action.
This behavior aims to streamline your order management process, allowing you to focus only on the orders that still require action on your part.
How to combine orders on Shopify? (When there are multiple orders placed by the same consumer)
1. When you see the same consumer place multiple orders and you want to fulfill them together
2. You can fulfill the items using the same tracking number. This way, the consumer will receive one package with multiple items, and TikTok Shop will simultaneously update the logistics for both orders.
Subsequently, you will notice that both orders will be updated with the same tracking number on TikTok Shop.
How to split orders on Shopify? (When a customer places an order with multiple items, but you want to separate the order for fulfillment)
Note: TikTok Shop only supports order splitting based on SKU level, not individual items.
1. Click 'Fulfill items'
2. Fulfill partial SKU items
