When set up correctly, ShoppeDance VeriSync will automatically sync all orders from your TikTok Shop to your DTC eCommerce stores in real-time. This ensures your orders are fulfilled on time and comply with TikTok Shop’s policies. You can also customize the order data flow to match your current eCommerce fulfillment setup.
To make sure order syncing works properly, please:
Set up the seller shipping template
Change the default shipping option from TikTok Shipping to Seller Shipping

How does order syncing work?
When the default shipping option is set to “Seller Shipping” in your TikTok Shop seller center, ShoppeDance can mirror TikTok Shop orders to your DTC eCommerce store (Shopify, Amazon, Wix, and Squarespace). You will be able to access and fulfill these orders in your DTC eCommerce platform.
Once orders are fulfilled, ShoppeDance will sync the order fulfillment status, along with the tracking number, to TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop Seller Center will use the tracking number to update the order status for your customers in the TikTok app.

What order information will my eCommerce store receive?

1-hour on hold period for pending orders
Currently, TikTok Shop seller center would automatically put new orders on hold for an hour. In this period, customers can cancel their orders at will.
During the one-hour on-hold period, the order will show up with a On hold status under "Orders on TikTok Shop tab." Once the on-hold period is over, ShoppeDance VeriSync will send this order to your DTC platform.
