Overview
A bundle is two or more products that are combined together and commonly offered at a discount. Selling bundles in your TikTok Shop store can provide the following benefits:
increase your average order value
provide value in the form of curation to your customers
pass along discounts to your customers
clear out old inventory
drive more visibility for your products
Create product bundles
Create a bundle
Before creating a bundle,
You should make sure that the products you sync from Shopify to ShoppeDance are greater than 1.
Please make sure that all products for the bundle are in the same warehouse in Shopify, otherwise, bundle won't be able to be fulfilled in Shopify after creation.
Steps:
1. From your Product tab, click 'Create bundle'.
2. In the pop-up window that appears, select the original products you want to make a bundle. You can also select part of the variants for bundle.
About components: Bundles can include up to 100 different variants (multiplication of the number of respective variants of the bundled products) . Limits for bundle options and variants are the same as other products.
3. Click 'Save and continue'.
4. Clicking on the button will take you to a blank edit page for the bundle product details, add any applicable ones.
5. Edit the corresponding titles, descriptions, media, and select the category.
6. During the editing process, you can click 'Set proportion' to set the quantity of the original product in the generated bundle product; also you can click 'Edit bundle' to modify the components when you wanna change your bundle products.
7. Variants (Less than or equal to 3): The option name comes from the optional items of the bundle products and must not exceed 20 characters in length, this option name is optional for the user in TikTok Shop. You can also edit the option value directly.
8. Variants (more than 3 products): Due to the TikTok Shop's official requirements: a maximum of 3 options or 100 variants exist for a product. and the option of a product with only one variant has to be shown. Otherwise, the customers can't see the option for that product. So for the bundle that consists of more than 3 products, ShoppeDance directly merges all the options into one, and then tiles and combines the variant name for display, so that it can support the user to bundle more products. Users can click Edit to customize or delete the options.
9. Inventory: Bundle inventory is determined by the inventory levels of each product included within a bundle. The product with the lowest inventory level determines how many bundles can be sold. Product inventory levels are updated in real time.
10. Price: The price of a newly generated variant is the sum of the prices of the individual original variants from bundle products. Also, the generated price can be customized by the user
11. Once you have completed all the edits, click Save.
12. After saving, you can then go into the product details and adjust the various information about the bundled products.
Sync the bundle
The synchronization of bundle products is the same as that of normal products, select the product and click Sync to sync to TikTok Shop.
To make it easier to find bundle products, you can set the filter and select products with the status Bundle.
Orders
Bundle products synced to TikTok Shop will be displayed as one product. Customers can choose the option values to choose the bundle products they wanna order.
When a customer orders a variant of that product, an order will be generated from TikTok Shop and synced to Shopify. And the order that the user receives on Shopify will be an order with multiple items. This order cannot be partially fulfilled on Shopify, so please fulfill all items at once.
Settings
The 'Default brand', and 'Default shipping information' settings also work for bundle products
The rest of the settings are only for the original product.
