Example:
You have multiple brands hosted in one Shopify stores, but each brand has their own TikTok Shop
You have multiple TikTok Shops and want to use only one Shopify store to manage the product catalogs and fulfill orders.
2. Connect multiple eCommerce stores to one TikTok Shops
(only available for Shopify)
You have multiple Shopify stores hosting different products, and you want to consolidate them into one shop on TikTok Shop.
How to add multiple shop connections
To start, make sure your eCommerce store is already connected to one TikTok Shop. Click the icon of your current shop connection, and in the dropdown, select “Add new connection.”
Then, follow the standard setup process to connect your eCommerce store and TikTok Shop.
How to connect one eCommerce store to multiple TikTok Shops
To start, make sure your eCommerce store is already connected to one TikTok Shop. Click the icon of your current shop connection, and in the dropdown, select “Add one more TikTok Shop.”
You can also go to Settings > Account connection > Add one more TikTok Shop to this Shopify store.
Then, follow the standard setup process to connect your TikTok Shop.
How to connect multiple Shopify store to one TikTok Shop
To start, make sure your Shopify store is already connected to one TikTok Shop. Click the icon of your current shop connection, and in the dropdown, select “Add one more DTC Store.”
