In order to allow your TikTok Shop storefront to show up on your TikTok account's profile. You need to link your TikTok Shop Seller Center to your TikTok.
You can link your TikTok account as an official account or a marketing account:
Official account
You will have a [Shop] button on your TikTok profile
You can only connect one official account
Marketing account
You will have a [Showcase] button on your TikTok profile
You can only connect four marketing accounts
Link your TikTok account to TikTok Shop Seller Center
1. Go to your TikTok Shop Seller Center
Go to your TikTok Shop Seller Center, and navigate to your Profile image > My Account > Linked Accounts. (or use this link: https://seller-us.tiktok.com/profile/bind-account)
Click [Link official account] and follow the instruction to complete the process.
The official TikTok account must be verified before you can link it to TikTok Shop. Please go to your TikTok app, and navigate to Profile page > Menu > Settings and privacy > Account > Verification to complete the process.
You may be required to submit personal or business information and document to complete the verification process.
There are also a few other requirements:
The TikTok account holder must be at least 18 years old.
The status of the TikTok account must be normal.
The TikTok account region must be the same as the shop region.
The TikTok account must not have any violation history.
The account will also be the TikTok account where your ads will be displayed.
2. Scan the QR code via TikTok app in the pop-up window
Open the TikTok app, make sure you are logged into the correct account. Go to your profile page > Menu > My QR code > Scan.
3. Confirm the authorization
In your TikTok app, modify the permission based on your preference, and click [Continue]
4. Complete the connection
Once completed, your TikTok account will show up in your Seller Center as one of the "Linked TikTok Accounts."
Now, your TikTok Shop storefront will also show up in your TikTok profile. Your audience can use the [Shop] button or the "Shop Tap" to access your product listings.
