If you want to sell branded products on TikTok Shop, you might need to provide valid documentation from brand owners to prove that you are authorized to sell products bearing a brand's trademark, name, or logo before listing these products on TikTok Shop. Brand Authorization is a way for sellers to provide valid documentation.
Apply for Brand Qualification
To submit a brand authorization request, log in to your seller account in Seller Center by clicking on My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center > Brand Qualification > Add Brand Authorization.

You can get authorized as Trademark Owner, First Level Authorized Sellers, or
Second Level Authorized Sellers. The document needed may vary.
(If you are submitting your trademark, please make sure the document you submitted is the original physical trademark registration.)
After your Brand Qualification is approved:
Your brand will appear in the brand list within your TikTok Shop Seller Center and ShoppeDance VeriSync, labeled as “Your Brand Name (Authorized).” You can now list products under this authorized brand option.
