Before connecting to ShoppeDance VeriSync, please ensure TikTok Shop is disconnected from any other connectors or integrations with similar functions, including the TikTok app for Shopify (1P). Using multiple connectors at the same time may result in duplicate orders.
How to Disconnect TikTok Shop from the Shopify TikTok App (1P Integration)
Start by logging in to your Shopify dashboard.
Go to the TikTok app or the TikTok sales channel. If you couldn't locate the app, you can search it using the search bar.
Go to the TikTok app, select [Settings] on the top navigation bar.
On the settings page, navigate to Accounts -> TikTok Shop, then click [Disconnect].
This action only disconnects your TikTok Shop from the Shopify TikTok app. It will not affect your TikTok for Business or Business Center accounts (used for ads and pixels).
Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
Once disconnected, you can safely install and connect ShoppeDance VeriSync without any app conflicts.
How to Disconnect Other 3P TikTok Shop Integration from Shopify
Start by logging in to your Shopify dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Review the list of installed apps for any 3P TikTok Shop connectors you no longer need.
Click the three dots next to the app name, then select [uninstall].
